The applicable Terms & Conditions will be downloadable as pdf soon (Dutch version available). A summary of the terms and conditions are listed below:

• The named prices are without frame, unless stated otherwise. Paintings with frame and passe-partout are sold for the prices noted seperatedly. In some cases paintings are only sold with, or without frame;

• Prices include VAT (not specified on invoice) and all applicable taxes, but do not include additional costs for shipment;

• Prices are based on buyer pick-up in Utrecht, The Netherlands and are expected to be picked up on appointment, unless agreed otherwise;

• On specific request of the buyer the order artwork can also be delivered (outside Netherlands only by mail) to the buyer. The costs for delivery depend on the price of the puchased item and the delivery address. Delivery of paintings with glass frames outside The Netherlands is (although by insured mail) not recommended and on full risk of the buyer. We will not ship paintings with glass frames outside the EU;

• By sending an email with an order a legal contract is made. The date of reception of the email is the starting date of the cancellation period;

• An order can be cancelled within 8 days after ordering without any costs or obligations;
  
• An order must be confirmed by us and will be accompanied by an invoice. If any delivery costs are applicable, these are included on the invoice. The prices on the invoice are legally valid, if different from those on the website. In the case that a lower price is mentioned on the website, buyers have the right to cancel their order at any time without costs or obligations;
  
• After picking up or delivery of the ordered item, it can be returned within 30 days. If returned in the original package and in perfect condition, the resale price will be refunced to the buyer. If any damage is detected on the item, no or only partially refunding is possible. The cosats of shipping to and from the buyer are not refundable;
  
• If a frame is specifically made for a certain painting, the costs for the frame will not be refunded when the item is treturned.
  
• An artwork made on commission can not be returned or refunded;
  
• Orders must be within 14 days after confirmation of the order. The preferred payment method is by (international) bank transfer (IBAN & BIC/SWIFT). Payment by PayPal is possible but the costs of using PayPal (usually 4% on total amount) or other servives like escrow must be paid for by the buyer;
  
• The delivery of the ordered item takes place usually within 14 day after receiving the payment and garanteed 30 days. These periods are not valid for work on commision.
  
• Because of the unique character of the sold items it is possible that in some cases the item can not be deliverd any more. In such cases, no rigths are applicable from any placed order.
