--Buying and ordering
After sending your order by e-mail you will receive a confirmation e-mail, with a invoice for the the order, shipment included.
Up to 8 days after sending your order it can be cancelled whitout any cost or obligation!
If you are not satisfied with the ordered artwork after recieving it, is can also be returned whitin 7 days after delivery! If the work is undamaged the price of the artwork will be refunded (see our terms & conditions) completely or partly:buying whitout risks!!
The artworks are sold on a pick-it-up-yourself" basis. They can be shipped by mail to any part of the world; for shipment however additional costs are applicable. we recommend only to buy and ship paintings without frames with glass plates abroad, especially not abroad the EU.
After receiving payment the order is further processed and shipped to the provided address.
If wanted it is possible to see one or several artworks in advance of
ordering. Usually this is in the studio of the artists and is only on
appointment.
On request of the buyer an escrow service (triple-deal)
can be used, or payment can be done by Paypal (e.g. for secure credit
card payment. The costs for using these services must be paid by the buyer
and are 4 % on total amount for each service (thus 8,2 % for using both).
